New customer: Take advantage of our introductory offers at a special rate
Electronic signature of the T&Cs via the Mindbody platform is required before any first session. This acceptance has contractual value and legally binds the Client.
CryoBliss offers wellness services including:
– Whole body cryotherapy sessions,
– Stendo pulse therapy sessions,
– Packages of 5, 10 or 20 sessions,
– Gift vouchers of any amount.
The services are intended for wellness use only and do not constitute medical treatment in any way.
Reservations can be made:
– Online via the Mindbody platform,
– Directly in store,
– By phone.
Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
Payments can be made:
– By credit card,
– In cash,
– Online via Mindbody.
Payments in installments are not permitted. All orders are firm and final after payment validation.
– Session packages (5, 10 or 20) are valid 12 months from the date of purchase.
– Gift vouchers are also valid 12 months from the date of issue.
No extension will be granted, except in exceptional circumstances duly justified.
CryoBliss does not allow cancellation of services. However:
- A free postponement is possible if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
– In case of late report (<24h) or of no-show, the session is automatically deducted from the package or considered due.
No refunds will be made.
In the event of an exceptional situation (medical reason, force majeure), we invite you to contact us for personalized treatment.
Before each session, the Client agrees to:
– Fill out a health questionnaire and sign a disclaimer.
– Declare that he does not present no medical contraindication to the practice of Cryotherapy or pulse therapy.
Contraindications are clearly indicated to the client before each session by the reception manager for validation and signature and are also available on our website.
CryoBliss reserves the right to refuse a session if there is any doubt about the Client's ability to benefit from the services, for safety reasons.
The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Client has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete data at any time in accordance with the GDPR.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale “GTC” govern the relationship between CRYOBLISS, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 941 468 720, whose registered office is located at 48 rue Galilée, 75116 Paris, and any person “the Client” wishing to access the services offered by CryoBliss.
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
Any dispute, failing an amicable agreement, will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
