Yes, we offer packs of 5, 10 or 20 sessions for Cryotherapy, packs of 5 or 10 sessions for Pulsotherapy, and Combo Cryo + Pulso 1+1 or 5+5 packs.
For packages including a larger number of sessions, please contact us directly.
You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. After this time, your session will not be refunded. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or last-minute unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, group bookings are possible through our online platform by privatizing our cryochamber (up to 3 people at a time). If you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to call us for assistance.
Although we accept walk-ins, it is recommended to book in advance to ensure availability and minimize your wait time.
We offer two services focused on wellness and recovery:
– Whole body cryotherapy
– Pulse therapy
Your session takes place in several stages, find all the information here.
For Cryotherapy, your underwear or a swimsuit is sufficient; you can also wear shorts and a bra.
During each session, we provide you with gloves, a headband and ear protectors, warm oversocks and slippers.
For Pulsotherapy, we ask that you bring leggings, thin jogging bottoms, or tights.
The duration of the session varies depending on the individual and the recommendations obtained following the personalized assessment prior to the very first session. A session lasts between 3 and 5 minutes.
The temperature of our cryochamber is -85°C, with a feeling of -110°C.
Absolutely. Our equipment is state-of-the-art and complies with European standards, guaranteeing high-quality care in complete safety. Our staff is trained to strictly follow recommended protocols. Before any service, you will be asked to provide a no-contraindication form. In case of a specific medical condition, it is advisable to consult a doctor beforehand.
Our cryochamber can accommodate up to three people at a time. For a duo session, select the same time slot when booking your respective sessions. A third person can join you by making a third reservation for the same time slot. Alternatively, you can privatize the cabin for one to three people.
Certain medical conditions may constitute contraindications.
Some people can only have cryotherapy sessions with the agreement of their doctor and with specific monitoring.
A no-contraindication form must be completed before any session.

For safety reasons, our services are not accessible to pregnant women.
We are located at 48 rue Galilée, 75116 Paris, close to the Champs-Élysées and the Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Kleber metro stations.
Our hours are as follows:
– Monday to Saturday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
– Sunday: Closed
Our reception area, cryochamber, and restrooms are located on the ground floor and are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The changing rooms and pulse therapy cabin are located in the basement, accessible only by stairs. Changing rooms for people with reduced mobility can also be arranged on the ground floor. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so that we can accommodate you in the best possible conditions.
No. A shower is not necessary after a Cryotherapy or Pulsotherapy session.

For two-wheelers and bicycles: spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the center.
For cars, street parking options are limited.
However, there are two car parks located 300 metres from the centre:
