Acceptance of CryoBliss General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Electronic signature of the CryoBliss general terms and conditions of sale ("GTC") via the Mindbody platform is required before any first session. This acceptance is legally binding and constitutes a contractual agreement for the Client.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1. Purpose<\/b><\/h3>\n

CryoBliss offers wellness services including:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Whole body cryotherapy sessions,<\/span>
<\/span>\u2013 Stendo pulse therapy sessions,<\/span>
<\/span>\u2013 Packages of 5, 10 or 20 sessions,<\/span>
<\/span>\u2013 Gift vouchers of any amount.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n

The services are intended for wellness use only and do not constitute medical treatment in any way.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Reservations<\/b><\/h3>\n

Reservations can be made:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Online via the Mindbody platform,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Directly in store,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 By phone.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3. Rates and Payments<\/b><\/h3>\n

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.<\/span>
<\/span> Payments can be made:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 By credit card,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 In cash,<\/span>
<\/span>\u2013 Online via Mindbody.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Payments in installments are not permitted. All orders are firm and final after payment validation.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Validity of packages and gift vouchers<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u2013 Session packages (5, 10 or 20) are valid <\/span>12 months<\/b> from the date of purchase.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2013 Gift vouchers are also valid <\/span>12 months<\/b> from the date of issue.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n

No extension will be granted, except in exceptional circumstances duly justified.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Postponement and Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n

CryoBliss does not allow cancellation of services. However:<\/span><\/p>\n

- A <\/span>free postponement<\/b> is possible if the request is made <\/span>at least 24 hours in advance<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2013 In case of <\/span>late report (<24h)<\/b> or of <\/span>no-show<\/b>, the session is automatically deducted from the package or considered due.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n

No refunds will be made.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of an exceptional situation (medical reason, force majeure), we invite you to contact us for personalized treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Liability \u2013 Contraindications<\/b><\/h3>\n

Before each session, the Client agrees to:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Fill out a <\/span>health questionnaire<\/b> and sign a <\/span>disclaimer<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2013 Declare that he does not present <\/span>no medical contraindication<\/b> to the practice of Cryotherapy or pulse therapy.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n

Contraindications are clearly indicated to the client before each session by the reception manager for validation and signature and are also available on our website.<\/span><\/p>\n

CryoBliss reserves the right to refuse a session if there is any doubt about the Client's ability to benefit from the services, for safety reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Personal data<\/b><\/h3>\n

The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Client has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete data at any time in accordance with the GDPR.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Applicable law \u2013 Disputes<\/b><\/h3>\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale \u201cGTC\u201d govern the relationship between CRYOBLISS, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of \u20ac1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 941 468 720, whose registered office is located at 48 rue Galil\u00e9e, 75116 Paris, and any person \u201cthe Client\u201d wishing to access the services offered by CryoBliss.<\/span><\/p>\n

These T&Cs are subject to French law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any dispute, failing an amicable agreement, will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.<\/span><\/p>\n
